Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from date of Purchase. Refund will be process only for valid reasons.
NO Refund for tech support as the services are provided immediately on remote support however if our team could not solve the issue, full refund will be processed withing 3 days.
Refunds:
Refund will be process if there are valid reasons for the same or there are any fault from our end like not providing the services or responding your queries. Send you an email to refunds@itechtel.in with valid reason and documents. We will also notify you over the email or call for your refund status.
After approval, your refund will be processed as per the bank details provided by you.
Late or missing refunds
After 7 days, no refund will be processed.
